Dear Lindell Beach resident,
As part of Corix’s public awareness program for the Lindell Beach water system, this notice is a reminder to all customers that the water supplied by the Lindell Beach water system is not treated with chlorine disinfectants.
As a customer of the Lindell Beach water system and per Section 13 of the applicable tariff and your service application:
- You have accepted the potential health risks associated with consuming water that is not treated with disinfectants to any person (“Water Consumer”) consuming water supplied by the Water System at your premises; and
- You are responsible for making any such Water Consumer aware that the water supplied by the Lindell Beach water system is not treated with disinfectants.
