The Comptroller of Water Rights by Order No. 2633 approved permanent water rates effective January 1, 2023.
The permanent rates are lower than interim rates in use, thus customers will receive refunds where applicable. Refunds plus interest, for differences between final and interim rates, will be issued in December 2023. The approved Water Tariff can be found here.
